Cancellation Policy

 

We kindly ask all new clients to provide a credit card upon booking. Your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to cancel with adequate notice. We require 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment. 

If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment you will be charged on this credit card the full price of our signature facial, $95.

 

Lateness

 

Out of respect for other clients' appointments, please be aware that we are unable to extend your treatment time in case of late arrivals. Arriving late may result in a modification or in ability to complete any service.

Product Return Policy

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality skin care products following your service. However, while all Dermalogica products are highly recommended for home care, we understand that they may not work for everyone. Sometimes your skin may not react as expected. If you have purchased a product but have an adverse reaction or are not happy with the product you may return it within 7 days of your purchase date. This item can be exchanged for another product, or you can receive a product credit.

Treatment Refunds

 

Miami Blue Spa is committed to providing you with the best possible experience.  Please note, all services are non-refundable. Every person is unique and therefore responds differently to treatments and products. We always strive to achieve the absolute best results and put 100% care and effort into our treatments. However, it is nearly impossible to predict specific results. Therefore, payments for services are for treatments to be performed and not for specific results. 

Gift Card Returns

Gift cards expire 6 months after purchase date and can be used for treatments or products. Gift cards sales are final and non-refundable. 

Post Treatment Side Effects 

Since everyone's skin is unique, all facials will deliver different results. Although most treatments are non-invasive, we do offer advance treatments. Depending on the intensity of your treatment and the sensitivity of your skin it is possible to have a reaction following your treatment, such as redness or irritation. Likely these symptoms are completely normal and will dissipate within a few hours to a few days. It is recommended if these symptoms occur to discontinue using make up to allow the skin time to breathe and heal properly. In addition, a cool compress may relieve any discomfort. Please call Miami Blue Spa if this occurs and you are concerned. However, if you think you may be having an allergic reaction to a product please contact your dermatologist.
