Cancellation and Refund/Return Policies

Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

At Miami Blue Spa, appointments are reserved especially for you. To allow us to best serve all clients and manage our schedule thoughtfully, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

 

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and will be securely kept on file. This card will only be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or if a client does not show for their scheduled appointment. In these cases, a cancellation fee equal to the full price of our Signature Facial will be applied.

 

We appreciate advance notice whenever possible, as it allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.

 

Late Arrivals

 

To ensure each client receives the full attention and care they deserve, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment in order to remain on schedule for subsequent clients. In these situations, the full service fee will still apply.

 

Service Refund Policy

 

All services provided at Miami Blue Spa are non-refundable. Each treatment is personalized and performed with care based on your individual skin concerns and goals. Because skin responds differently from person to person, results cannot be guaranteed and vary by individual. Payment reflects the professional time, expertise, and services rendered, not specific outcomes.

If you ever have questions or concerns following a treatment, we encourage open communication — your comfort and satisfaction are important to us.

 

Product Return Policy

 

We carefully select professional skincare products and want you to feel confident using them. If you experience an adverse reaction or feel a product is not suitable for your skin, unopened or gently used products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Eligible returns may be exchanged for another product or applied as a credit toward future services. Refunds are not offered on products.

 

Gift Card Policy

 

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed toward services or retail products within that time frame. All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

Post-Treatment Reactions

 

Because every individual’s skin is unique, mild redness, sensitivity, or irritation may occur following certain treatments, particularly advanced exfoliation or corrective services. These reactions are typically temporary and should subside within a few hours to a few days.

If you have any concerns after your appointment, please contact us — we are always happy to guide you. If symptoms persist or you suspect an allergic reaction, we recommend consulting your dermatologist.
